FOROPENERS FOR YOUR FUTURE We at River City Mortgage are waging war on the overload of foreclosures which have taken over our nation. Many families have lost their homes and now we are left with an astronomical, historical amount of Bank Owned Homes, or REO's. Our mission is to get those homes back into the loving arms of families who have taken the time to prepare and educate themselves regarding the process and responsibilities of homeownership. By doing so, we will cause that home to no longer be a foreclosure home, but a FOROPENER Home. Foropener: An event, such as homeownership in 2010 and beyond. This word is not yet in the dictionary. We encourage you to start using it anyway! Elements of a foropener include, Education, Preparation and lastly, Inspiration.
